How Booth works
You hand over the show. Booth runs the line.
Booth turns your event pack into a phone line attendees can call. During the event, the agent answers from your data and your ops team watches the question stream. After the event, you keep the transcript record and the report.
01
Send us the show
The same pack you would brief an info desk with: lineup, set times, site map facts, policies, transport, accessibility, and FAQs. Send it in whatever format it already exists. Booth structures it, loads the agent, and provisions the number.
02
The number goes live
One local number. For festivals it goes live when gates open and dies when the site is struck. For venues it can stay live across the calendar while the per-show facts change.
03
They call, Booth answers
The agent answers in 40+ languages, without a language menu. It gives grounded answers from your event knowledge and refuses or escalates when something is outside scope.
04
Push one alert
Schedule slip, gate change, weather hold, shuttle move. Update it once in the dashboard and Booth speaks the current answer to every caller from that moment.
05
You keep the question record
Every transcript becomes part of the post-event report: top questions, unanswered gaps, time-based spikes, confusing locations, language mix, policy friction, and recommendations for the next event.
What data Booth stores
The transcript record, not call audio.
What Booth stores
The transcript record of calls — what attendees asked, when, and where confusion formed. Structured into categories and timing so your team can act.
What Booth does not do
No attendee profiling. No pooling of one organizer’s data with another’s. The retained record is the transcript, not stored call audio.
Booth has a clear boundary.
Booth is not emergency, medical, or security dispatch.
It does not invent answers. Unknown or out-of-scope questions become visible to the organizer and are handled through the agreed process.
Start with the handover.
Send us the event pack you already have. We do the rest, and you keep the question record.
